We are not acting as insurance adjusters, public adjusters, or legal representatives, and we do not represent policyholders in the adjustment, settlement, or negotiation of claims.

Our role is limited to assisting attorneys, contractors, insurance carriers, and public adjusters by supplying independent documentation, inspections (California only), Matterport™ imagery (California only), soot and heavy metal sampling (California only), and virtual estimating (nationwide).

All estimates, reports, and sampling services are provided for informational and consulting purposes only.

Final responsibility for claim handling, legal interpretation, settlement decisions, and representation remains with the licensed professionals managing the file.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Claim Consultant Services:
